A Message to the brave woman whom have spoken up about their personal experiences with Harvey Wienstien……

Your bravery is being felt all the way in Edmonton, Alberta- Canada. Your voice being heard. So much information flooding social media and the news related to your stories. So many politicians trying to turn it into a political issue, which it is not!

Sexual harassment, assault or abuse is not a Parisian issue! It is an issue that affects all of humanity!

It is an issue that we all need to stand together against… no exceptions! So to hear about the survivors coming forward and speaking out about what had happened to them has moved me. Survivors have the power to change the conversation by banding together as one voice and one message. To let  everyone in both our country’s know that this is not acceptable! This type of behavior needs to be stopped. For a person of power to use such power to control, intimidate and harass is wrong.

So to all of you brave woman, thank you for your courage and for your voice. Thank you for standing  up to say it happened to you.  You will be remembered for helping to start a conversation that will help to bring about change for the following generations. You courage will be remembered.
